What information do we collect?

How do we protect your information?

Data portability

You may request a copy of your personal data from us in an electronic format for your review. We will respond to your request within 30 days by providing a link to a location where the data can be downloaded. You can submit requests to info@dissolve.com.


Account closure and data deletion

You may request that we remove your account and any relevant personal information.

In this case, the following conditions will apply:

  • All products and services must be canceled prior to closure. If there are any active products or services in the account, the account cannot be closed.
  • All In-Store Credits will be forfeited.
  • You will no longer be able to log into your account after it is closed.

Upon closing your account, you may request that your personal data be deleted. It may take up to 30 days for account data to be deleted. After deletion, your account will be unrecoverable and inaccessible.

California Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance

Because we value your privacy we have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We, therefore, will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent.
