“Noravera” means True North. Growing up in Canada, this foursome is accustomed to being outdoors and experiencing nature as it lies. This is a direct influence on how they shoot and tell stories. The light in Canada is unique, especially in winter, when it’s scarce, and they like to take advantage of how it transforms over the year. In turn, concepts are created, and footage is shot. The result is an authentic representation of where they live and what they observe elsewhere in their filmmaking travels.
